Aged in oak barrels for 28 months, the Giracci Zinfandel is a smooth mixture of fruit and smoke. With a medium to dark garnet red colour, hints of spice and fruit give the Zinfandel a rich mouth feel. This is quickly followed by flavours of soft plum, raspberry and aromas of smoke from the barrel aging that strike the perfect balance for a smooth and tangy flavour. Fabulous paired with a nice steak or lamb dish, as well as prime rib.
