A smooth, fruit forward wine with hints of spice and flavours of soft plum, raspberry and subtle hints of smoke from the barrel aging strike a perfect balance for a smooth and tangy flavour. With just a hint more spice than its 2006 counterpart, and a bit more fruit forward, the 2007 Zinfandel is smooth and satisfying to even the most avid wine lover. Pairs well with both lamb and steak dishes.
