GVF Syrah is a limited edition made from rich ripe fruit harvested on the west side of Paso Robles. Ages 28 months in French oak, the characteristic profile is deep garnet in color with a full bodied bold character. It has a sophisticated and elegant palate which is rich and firm yet displays silky tannins, intense aromatics and rich, bold flavors of concentrated black cherry, blueberries and plums. It transitions with a seamless finish. It is truly a unique Syrah.
